This October and November at The Grill, our Indian food & beverage specialists Vikash and Chef Singh will present a series of exotic Indian flavours in addition to the barbecue staples for an enhanced poolside dinner experience. Expect classic Indian dishes including jingga masala curry with tiger prawns, butter chicken, and Chef Singh’s signature grilled skewers, marinated with home blended Indian herbs and spices for an authentic taste of the subcontinent. Wash them down with a traditional mango lassi, made with mango puree, yoghurt and cardamom for an extra taste of India during the season of Diwali.
