A split-level restaurant resembling an elegant mansion in Shanghai during the 1930s, with superb Victoria Harbour views, cozy residential decor, glass ceiling and a fountain.
The cozy home ambience is enhanced by rich Santos rosewood timber, while natural stone creates a light airy feel at the lower veranda. The fountain with distinctive glass mosaics, custom-made carpets, wooden furnishings and draperies all add to the final residential touch.
The plush sofa and armchairs, dark antique wood furniture by the window and period fireplace create a warm and cosy home feeling that matches the restaurant’s traditional homestyle cuisine. Chef’s Table offers a unique dining experience where guests enjoy a rare glimpse into highly orchestrated workings while passing through the Wok, Dim Sum and Roast sections.

To suit modern diners’ tastes and experiences, I always try to use different traditional ingredients to maintain the authenticity of the dish, while creating something unique in between,” Chef Cheong says.
