With over 15 years of culinary experience, Chef Smita has started her career as a chef at One & Only Le Saint-Geran Hotel in her home country – Mauritius in 2001.
Since then, she has explored and experienced working as a pastry chef in different countries, such as Dubai and Singapore.
With her knowledge and creativity, we foresee that she could apply her in-depth experience to banquets and fine dining at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong.
