Accessible from the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong hotel driveway, the expansive restaurant spreads into two floors, furnished with dark wood furniture and leather sofas and armchairs for an intimate ambience. The Wine Room offers elegant booth dining for guests to enjoy up to 160 labels of superlative international wines and over 600 bottles from around the world.

Head Chef Marc Benkoe brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in handling meat and butchery to Grand Hyatt Steakhouse.
Born and raised in Austria, the meat expert has worked in various renowned restaurants in three continents since he was 15 years old. He is in charge of sourcing some of the best cuts of meat from around the world, grilled to perfection alongside his other various culinary creations.

Zero Foodprint Asia
Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is proud to collaborate with local charity Zero Foodprint Asia to help regional farmers shift to more climate friendly practices. An additional 1% of all bills at ten of the hotel’s restaurants and bars – Grissini, The Grill, Waterfall Bar, One Harbour Road, Kaetsu, Teppanroom, Grand Hyatt Steakhouse, Grand Café, Tiffin and Champagne Bar – will go to support farmers’ efforts to sequester carbon through regenerative agriculture, as we eat our way out of the climate crisis.
