Grand Hyatt Steakhouse features prime cuts of beef from around the world, as well as a range of tantalising appetisers and succulent seafood for meat-lovers alike. Accessible from the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong hotel driveway, the expansive restaurant spreads into two floors, furnished with dark wood furniture and leather sofas and armchairs for an intimate ambience. The Wine Room offers elegant booth dining for guests to enjoy up to 160 labels of superlative international wines and over 600 bottles from around the world.

Head Chef Marc Benkoe brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in handling meat and butchery to Grand Hyatt Steakhouse.

Born and raised in Austria, the meat expert has worked in various renowned restaurants in three continents since he was 15 years old. He is in charge of sourcing some of the best cuts of meat from around the world, grilled to perfection alongside his other various culinary creations.

This esteemed farm is dedicated to sustainable farming practices, resulting in a firmer, slightly leaner, yet tender and juicy beef texture. Head Chef Marc Benkoe has expertly curated five distinct M9+ cuts of this exceptional beef, perfect for steak lovers.

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is proud to collaborate with local charity Zero Foodprint Asia to help regional farmers shift to more climate friendly practices.
