Located on the 11th floor of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Plateau offers an exceptional dining option to guests with The Grill, serving enticing charcoal grilled delights and enabling those who like to dine out-of-doors by the pool and harbour on fine days.
The barbeque dinner features a host of French Provencal and Mediterranean delicacies including char-grilled King Prawns ; Salmon Steak; Herb Marinated Lamb Chop; Spring Chicken with Lemon and Rosemary; US Double Rib-eye Steak, Roasted Pork Belly and a range of homemade sausages, as well as seasonal vegetables .
Apart from the grilled items, guests can enjoy a wide variety of seafood on ice including French black mussels; French sea snails; American clams; Sand lobster; Boston lobster and shrimps; a selection of fresh salads, a choice of cheeses and an array of home-style desserts.
The Grill barbeque dinner is available every night, 6:30pm until 10pm, weather permitting.
