On a fine weekend in Hong Kong, The Grill is an ideal setting for those who prefer alfresco dining, relaxing in fresh air next to the pool overlooking Victoria Harbour. With the abundant buffet of crisp salads, seafood on ice, char-grilled specialities, breakfast items, signature homemade desserts, as well as the fresh juice and smoothies station, the Weekend Brunch offers guests a healthy and refreshing way to enjoy the day.
Available every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30am to 3pm, the brunch also extends to the option of unlimited “Chandon Brut” sparkling wine and specially selected cocktails, wines or beers.
A barbecue dinner buffet is also available at The Grill every evening from 6.30 to 10pm.
