Saicho Tea-Led Experiences at Chocolatier and Tiffin

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong partners with Saicho this spring and summer on two seasonal experiences that consider sparkling tea through the lens of pastry, pairing and occasion. Running from 13 April to 28 June, the collaboration takes shape across Chocolatier and Tiffin, where Saicho’s single-origin sparkling teas are presented in formats that speak to both gifting and the more unhurried pleasures of the table.

À Pastry & À Pétillant Gift Box at Chocolatier 

Executive Pastry Chef Kevin Chiu has developed this limited-edition takeaway gift box exclusively in collaboration with Saicho at Chocolatier. Elegantly packaged, the set pairs four pastries with Saicho’s sparkling teas in a refined and contemporary format, priced at HK$588 per box.

  • Candied Ginger Madeleine, Vanilla Crème with Mandarin Orange Confit
  • Vanilla Apple Mousse, Elderflower Lychee Confit with Almond Biscuit
  • Dark Chocolate, Hazelnut Praline & Salted Caramel Tart

  • Two bottles of Saicho sparkling teas (200ml) for pairing*

Spring Sparkle Afternoon Tea at Tiffin

Over the same period, Tiffin will host Spring Sparkle Afternoon Tea priced at HK$488 per person, a bespoke tea service shaped around Saicho’s sparkling tea expressions. Developed as an immersive yet restrained dining experience, the activation brings together a co-branded menu and  Saicho-led styling within the display area. 

Also created by Chef Kevin, the afternoon tea menu moves across sweet and savoury tiers. For every two afternoon tea sets ordered, guests will receive a complimentary 200ml tea bottle of Saicho Darjeeling, Hojicha, Jasmine or Osmanthus, which guests may enjoy with their afternoon tea or take home for indulgence. Guests can also enjoy the dessert station with unlimited ice cream, fresh crepes, waffles, and seasonal fruits.
