綠茶 Green Tea
龍井 Lung Jing / 特選獅峰龍井 Supreme Lung Jing
產自氣候溫和、雨量充沛的中國西湖。龍井茶等級以茶葉採摘的時間及茶底質素區分，其中以清明前採製的「明前龍井」最為珍貴；而穀雨前採製的「雨前龍井」也不錯。往後等級由極品、特級、一級、二級、三級至四級等。
Grown in Xihu, China, where the climate is mild with abundant rainfall. The quality of tea can be distinguished from the picking time and the grading of the tea. ‘Mingqian Long Ching’ which are collected and processed before Qingming are classified as supreme while ‘Long Ching tea before rain’ that are plucked before the arrival of Grain Rain are considered as the deluxe ones. The rest of the gradings include crown, special, 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd grade, 4th grade and so on.

白牡丹屬白茶類中高級的品種，產自中國雲南省，經低溫快速風乾而成，沒有經過任何滾壓等加工，使茶葉能夠保留其原有的特性。
This First-picking White Peony is produced in Yunnan Province, China. It is processed by rapid low temperature drying without any rolling and other processing. This enables the tea leaves to retain its original characteristics.
極品白牡丹 Supreme White Peony
極品白牡丹為中國福建特產，經低溫快速風乾而成，沒有經過任何滾壓等加工，使茶葉能夠保留其原有的特性。
White Peony Supreme grade white tea is produced in Fujian Province, China. It is processed by rapid low temperature drying without any rolling and other processing. This enables the tea leaves to retain its original characteristics.
一級壽眉 Shou Mei
壽眉，有時亦稱作貢眉，主產區在福建省政和縣。壽眉是抽去芽心製銀針，剩單片葉製作而成，形狀酷似老人眉而得名。優質壽眉毫心而多，葉底勻整明亮、葉張主脈迎光透視呈紅色。
Shou Mei Tea is from Fujian Province, China. It is a mix of upper leaf and tips, this furry white tea with a stronger flavour among all the white teas, similar to Oolong. It is the fourth grade of white tea and is plucked later than White Peony hence the tea may be darker in color.
銀毫香片 Silver Tip Jasmine
香片是以綠茶為底，再加薰以新鮮茉莉花蕾而成，依底葉之品質及薰香之次數而有各不同等級之香片。香片不僅有茶之甘醇，更有撲鼻之花香，一杯在手滿室生香，回味無窮。外觀上，顏色比清茶稍黃，形狀稍細，短而緊身。乾茶香氣有濃甜茉莉花味，沖泡後水色呈橙黃，滋味純和而不帶苦澀者，為高級品。

武夷肉桂 Wuyi Cassia
武夷肉桂是武夷名叢之一，取其花果香型的特徵，冠以花名「肉桂」（又名玉桂）。外形條索勻整，吧結捲曲，色澤褐綠，油潤有光，味甘澤而氣香馥。肉桂具岩茶特色外，更以其香氣銳持久的高品種香備受人們喜愛，沖泡六七次仍有「岩韻」的肉桂香。
Wuyi Cassia is one of the most fragrant tea, a cliff tea (Yancha) oolong grows in Wuyi Mountains of Fujian province. Cassia translates to cinnamon, but there is no cinnamon in the tea. It is related to tea aroma, a warm and sweet aroma and toasty complex flavours.
鴨屎香單叢 YA SHI XIANG DANCONG
鳳凰單叢是烏龍茶中的名貴品種，產於廣東潮安鳳凰山。「單叢」是指經過多年品試後鑑定為具有多種不同自然花香味的茶株，採收時分不同的植株和風味，進行單株採摘，單株烘乾而成的高級名茶。 鳳凰單叢條索粗壯、勻整、挺直，色澤淺金褐色，油潤有光，泛硃砂紅點。沖色後有「三黃誘」之稱號即湯色橙黃，葉底邊緣朱紅，葉腹黃亮，片片綠茶紅鑲邊，滋味濃爽回甘，香芳持久，七泡仍有香有味，帶有天然花香的獨特「山韻」，而高級品質產量稀少。
Dancong is a premium grade Oolong from Guangdong Province. It is known for blossom aroma. It produces a smooth golden liquor that is light, sweet and fruity blossom note.
猴子採觀音王 Monkey Picked Tieguanyin
猴子採觀音王又名「馬騮搣」，是極品的鐵觀音，產於福建省，生於峭壁岩石之間，採摘時須要人用繩吊往岩石上，情況好像猴子般，故稱為馬騮搣。 猴子採觀音經茶師精心焙制，更令此茶香氣清幽脫俗，入口溫厚醇滑，有適度的苦澀，甘飴潤喉，芳香怡神，提神醒腦，令人心境舒暢。
Monkey Picked Tieguanyin is a premium grade Tieguanyin, it is commonly known as Monkey Picked. The story behind Money Picked, the tea trees grow on cliffs. Harvesters need to hang off the cliff with a rope to pick the tea leaves. The harvester looks like a monkey climbing around the cliffs. Today Monkey picked simply means a premium grade Tieguanyin. Heavy roast enhances the sweet and floral notes.
皇品鐵觀音 Fine Roasted Tieguanyin
皇品鐵觀音傳統工藝焙製，茶葉經中重火烘焙處理，提升茶葉濃香，茶味馥郁。其特色為「香、濃、醇、甘」。
Tieguanyin is between green tea and black tea, a semi-fermented tea. Fine Roasted Tieguanyin is roasted by a heavy fire to enhance the stronger aroma and richer tea flavour. Heavy roasting leads a stronger smoky flavour and after taste.
