Born and raised in Austria, the meat expert has worked in various renowned restaurants in three continents since he was 15 years old. He is in charge of sourcing some of the best cuts of meat from around the world, grilled to perfection alongside his other various culinary creations.
The wine list features up to 160 labels of superlative international wines and over 600 bottles from around the world, while the bar also offers a series of seasonal and classic cocktails curated by our resident mixologist.
