Discover Nose To Tail Cuts Of A Wagyu Beef At Grand Cafe

Wagyu beef fans alert! Grand Café will be collaborating with Rangers Valley – one of the world’s most respected premium marbled beef producers to showcase not only the well-known cuts of Wagyu beef but also the lesser known yet equally delicious parts of a Wagyu cow during dinner buffet.

Limited to two months only from 8 April 2021 until 31 May 2021, our talented chef – Chef Fernando from Grand Café will take guests to on a Wagyu beef journey to savour different styles of Wagyu beef dishes, turning different cuts into something unique and creative for diners to experience. Highlights include the following:

On beefy bites live station

  • Chuck roll – Thai style Wagyu larb salad, lettuce cups, fresh herbs
  • Short rib – pulled beef tacos, homemade corn tortillas, tomatillo salsa verde
  • Brisket – pastrami on rye sandwich, yellow mustard, dill pickles

Hot dishes

  • Wagyu beef empanadas, tomato dipping sauce
  • Wagyu steak and Guinness pie, gravy
