Whoever missed out on the premium winter specialties at Grand Café last year will have a chance to savour them now with a twist!
Because of the fluctuating temperature in Hong Kong, it is important to stay healthy especially before the Lunar New Year. Hence, Grand Café’s newly appointed Chef de Cuisine, Patrick McDermott has decided to bring the luxury of healthy dishes back to the dinner buffet this year.
These new creations include braised deer shank, fried semi-dried oyster, braised sea cucumber and more.
Available from now until early February 2019 at dinner buffet.
