Grand Hyatt Hong Kong has presented a special “Best of Grand Hyatt” themed dinner buffet at Grand Café gathering all international flavours in one feast.
For the first time ever, diners can experience the culinary diversity and excellence of the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong’s finest restaurants in one single spot! The “Best of Grand Hyatt” dinner buffet at Grand Café features signature dishes from four of the hotel’s most iconic restaurants: One Harbour Road (Cantonese), Grissini (Italian), Kaetsu (Japanese), and Grand Hyatt Steakhouse, as the four chefs from each of the restaurants will join hands with Grand Café’s Chef de Cuisine Ivan Vasilev to a feast to remember.
From 3 July until the end of September, guests can enjoy a five-in-one dining experience at Grand Café, as they sample signature dishes from all five restaurants in one dinner buffet. Start the buffet feast with Grissini’s Italian corner, where you will find top notch Italian cold cuts, artisanal cheeses, and Gnocchetti pasta with truffle freshly served from a parmesan wheel. Carnivores shall rejoice as they find Grand Hyatt Steakhouse’s premium cuts, including porterhouse, tomahawk, and picanha at the grill station.
Craving for Asian cuisine? Indulge in One Harbour Road’s classic Cantonese dishes, such as braised Boston lobster in spicy sour sauce, wok-fried prawns with spicy crab roe sauce and more. Guests will also find Kaetsu’s Japanese specialties freshly prepared at the tempura station, Wagyu beef udon at the noodle station, as well as seasonal sushi and sashimi exquisitely crafted by our professional chefs.
Grand Café’s own specialties, including its famous Hainanese chicken rice and premium seafood on ice, as well as desserts from all four signature restaurants such as Grissini’s tiramisu and One Harbour Road’s famed mango pudding, will also be available throughout the evening.
