The Return of Luxury of Health Delicacies at Grand Café

With the fluctuated temperature in Hong Kong, it is important for us to have some food therapy to boost our immune systems to fend off the flu before the Chinese New Year.

Whoever missed out on the premium winter specialties at Grand Café last year will have a chance to savour them now with a twist! Chef de Cuisine of Grand Café, Patrick McDermott decided to bring back the popular winter dishes this year.  Together with his team, Chef Patrick will launch a series of delicious and healthy dishes with precious traditional Chinese herbs and medicines that nourish and empower the body in different ways.

Highlighted dishes to be served at the ‘made to order’ live station:

  • Pork Knuckle in Ginger & Black Vinegar
  • Sweet & Sour Fried Dried Oyster
  • Braised Pacific Cod Fish
  • Braised Beef Brisket & Tendon
