The safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is always a top priority for us.

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong currently falls under Type B classification of the “vaccine bubble” as announced by the Hong Kong government’s latest measures on COVID-19 prevention.

Our associates will be tested for COVID-19 every 14 days or are fully vaccinated. Restaurants in the hotel are operating until 10 PM at 50% capacity, with a maximum of 4 guests per table. The maximum size for events and banquets will remain at 20 guests. Patrons are required to scan the “Leave Home Safe” app or register personal details before entering the restaurants. Each table needs to be separated by at least 1.5 meters. We are also requiring guests to wear masks when entering the restaurants and the hotel, and our associates to always wear masks.

We would also like to kindly remind you of the importance of handwashing as a protective health and safety measure.
