“Déjà vu Fruits” at Tiffin

In addition to spending a considerable amount of time creating her delicious yet photogenic new cakes which are now on display at Chocolatier, our first female Executive Pastry Chef Smita Grosse has also specially curated new “Déjà vu Vu Fruits” afternoon tea specialties at Tiffin for this summer.

Chef Smita created this concept by using different seasonal fruits and make it into different shapes to make the desserts look appealing in front of the camera.  The colourful Deja-vu fruits themed sweet delicacies include Chef Smita’s signature lemon cake with a twist into a cube, strawberry financier, chocolate cake with mandarin marmalade and coconut panna cotta with mango lime salsa.

The brand new set also features a selection of savoury bites made with premium ingredients, such as prawn and cucumber sandwich, Atlantic lobster medallion with saffron mayonnaise and bamboo ash toast, white asparagus with French ham and boursin, Foie gras terrine with fresh fig, long pepper and brioche and more.

The Deja-vu afternoon tea set is available now at Tiffin.
