Free-flow premium champagne is also available at HK$380* per person.

Inspired by the world’s finest chocolate, Valrhona, hotel Executive Pastry Chef Smita has designed a themed afternoon tea for this May celebration! Highlights include Valrhona Opalys 33% namleka with bergamot gel and Breton biscuit, Valrhona Bahibe 46% mousse with hazelnut Crunch and cold orange custard and more.

The exclusive tea set also features a selection of savoury bites made with premium ingredients, like Lobster salad brioche with chive and citrus mayonnaise, Duck Confit and sweet pea tartlet with radish, Foie gras crème Brule tart with cherry and more!

Dine-in guests can even enjoy the dessert counter, featuring live stations freshly preparing and serving sweet treats such as waffles and crêpes suzette. An adjacent ice-cream counter dishes up 10 creative and classic homemade flavours daily.
