Premium Seafood Platter

Australia is known for its abundant seafood along its vast shoreline. Here at Grand Hyatt Steakhouse, you can sample some of the best seafood from the region in one go, including tiger prawns from Skull Island, spanner crab from Queensland, smoked ocean trout from Tasmania, and oysters from Coffin Bay.

Premium Australian Wagyu

Feast on world-leading Australian Wagyu beef and share a premium 400g Australian Wagyu Sirloin cooked to perfection by Chef Soren and Chef Marc. Splurge and upgrade your steak to a Mayura M9 Wagyu Striploin for an even more extravagant gastronomical experience.

Finish the feast with a classic Aussie mixed berry pavlova, paired with Steakhouse’s creamy soft serve to end the meal on a sweet note. Discerning diners will also have the option of pairing the Steakation menu with exquisite wines from down-under carefully selected by Hotel Sommelier Maxime Duval, or Aussie-inspired cocktails created by Head Mixologist Drew Chigorimbo.
