For the first time at Champagne Bar, experience a uniquely curated evening of Caviar and Champagne, as Grand Hyatt Hong Kong collaborates with W3 Caviar to create a bubbly night to remember. Indulge in a decadent 4-course supper menu featuring up to 100g of premium caviar per person from a 1.8kg tin, free-flow Billecart-Salmon Champagne from Jeroboam bottles, and intimate live music for an unforgettable evening.
A monthly affair starting from 23 September (Saturday) and every third Saturday of the month thereafter (21 October, 18 November and 16 December), Champagne Bar will be transformed into a heaven for lovers of finer things in life, highlighting the bar’s three signature pillars: the eponymous Champagne, the most exquisite caviar, and groovy live music.
Guests will indulge in meticulously crafted canapés like poached lobster on toast and Mayura Station beef tartare, as well as a crab meat risotto as main course, all topped with prestigious No. 5 Royal Oscietra caviar from W3 Caviar. Chefs will be serving the caviar from a massive 1.8kg tin in front of the guests for a sight to behold.
Each guest will also receive their own tin of 50g W3 Oscietra caviar, presented in classic caviar service with condiments for spoonfuls of ultimate opulence, while the exceptional Billecart-Salmon Champagne served bottomless from Jeroboam bottles throughout the night elevates the dining experience to new heights. Known for its finesse, balance and complexity, the refined bubbles are best paired with the umami flavours and richness of caviar.
Wrap up the night with decadent sweet treats of red berries and dark chocolate, while being serenaded by acoustic harmonies by internet sensation and singing duo “A Little of Us”. The real life couple will present their own spin on modern day hits and old school classics throughout the evening for a multi-sensory experience.
