From 1 to 30 December, Tiffin presents an enchanting festive-themed afternoon tea, featuring a delightful medley of savoury bites and delicate sweet treats inspired by the magical elements of the season, such as Christmas trees, snowflakes and jingle bells in golden hues. Join us exclusively on 8, 15, and 22 December for a memorable afternoon tea experience with Santa storytelling, where he shares captivating stories with our little dreamers.
The five-course Christmas set dinner at Grissini showcases traditional flavours from Italy. Chef de Cuisine Valerio Giuseppe Mandile has carefully curated a variety of classic dishes to celebrate the festive holidays in an Italian way, including seafood antipasti of Atlantic lobster salad and smoked rainbow trout, along with the exquisite homemade Ibérico pork plin with chicken consommé. To perfectly round off the feast, a selection of Italian festive desserts will also be available.

Season of Giving with Dress Green
During the season of giving, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong has collaborated with Dress Green to launch an adorable limited edition Shih Tzu plush toy, Wyatt! In partnership with Dress Green, a local upcycling supplier committed to providing job opportunities for the elderly and disabled, our hotel’s recycled uniforms and linens are utilized to create unique outfit of this little Master Chef for his culinary journey around the hotel. Sharing love and warmth, part of the proceeds will be donated to the charity for every toy sold during December!
