MIDDLE EASTERN FOOD PROMOTION AT THE GRILL
Indulge in exceptional gastronomy alfresco at the poolside restaurant The Grill with the authentic Middle Eastern flavours from 23 to 29 April 2012.
A fine selection of Middle Eastern cuisine will be served at The Grill’s weekend brunch buffet and the barbecue dinner buffet every evening. Signature dishes include traditional eggplant salad – “Moutabal”, and “Lamb Shawarma” served with Tahina sauce, tomatoes and garlic yogurt. An “Arabic Roasted Whole Baby Lamb” will also be featured at the weekend brunch.
Apart from this, the buffet also provides a host of fresh and healthy salads, seafood on ice, char-grilled specialities, signature homemade desserts, as well as a fresh juice and smoothies station.
Barbecue Dinner Buffet is available from 6:30pm to 10pm

Weekend Brunch Buffet is available from 11:30am to 3pm

Buffet with beverage package available at HK$ 488 per person with unlimited sparkling wine, Mimosa, Kir Royal, Bellini, selected rose wine, white wine, red wine and beer.
