Chef Takeda commenced his international career in Dubai in 2006. His success led him to a Michelin-starred restaurant in London in 2008. In 2009, Chef Takeda moved to further his career and now has taken the position of Chef de Cuisine at Kaetsu.
Regarding the renowned sake library, Chef Takeda comments: “I’ve never seen such a large selection of Japanese sake in one restaurant in Hong Kong. My cooking style has synergy with various flavours of sake and they are likely to be harmonised to attract guests with perfect flavour combinations.”
