Chef Tim’s dim sum menu combines fresh, high-quality seasonal ingredients.
The beautiful One Harbour Road Dim Sum Garden, features a combination of eight delicious steamed dumplings in different colours symbolising the blossoms of spring. The delicate Steamed Pork and Shrimp Dumplings with Crab Coral are good to look at and great to taste, offering a hint of dragon fruit juice, which lends its pastel pink colour to the thin wrapper and boosts the flavour of the entire dish.
Popular items include Steamed Pork Dumpling with Baby Abalone; Deep-fried Spring Rolls with Fresh Shrimp; Baked Honey Barbecued Pork Buns; Steamed Pigeon Dumplings with Chilli Sauce and more.
For dessert, Deep-Fried Savoury Bean Curd Filler with Lotus Paste and Sesame; Chilled Jasmine and Ginger Pudding and Chilled Mango Pudding are also on offer.
