GRISSINI PRESENTS MEDITERRANEAN SEAFOOD

From 1 to 31 March 2012, Chef Andrea Fraire is delighted to present an array of jet fresh seafood from the coast of Mediterranean Sea.

Mediterranean Sea is connected to the Atlantic Ocean and in between of Europe and Africa. This warm and waveless sea is the ideal place for breeding marines where a wide range of seafood can be found, such as Swordfish, Scallops and Blue Lobster. Special home grown herbs from Grand Hyatt Garden will also be featured in the dishes.

Chef Andrea has tailor-made a special menu featuring series of seasonal Mediterranean seafood. Signature dishes include Swordfish Carpaccio with Sundried Tomatoes, Pine nuts, Argula & Extra Virgin Olive Caviar; Black Ink Hand Made Bow Tie Pasta with Sautee Scallops, Spring Onions & Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Herbs from Grand Hyatt Garden; Roasted Mediterranean Blue Lobster with Sautee Spinach, Pine nuts, Raisin & Lobster Sauce.

The Mediterranean dishes on the à la carte menu are available during dinner.

To compliment the gourmet dining experience, our in-house sommelier, Christophe Orlarei, has selected an extensive wine selection to pair with the dishes.
