Champagne Cocktail Series
Apart from the classic cocktails, Champagne Bar also offers a list of champagne cocktails. Highlights include Blue Champagne (Blue Curacao in a Bubbling Lagoon of Champagne); Kir Royale (Crème de Cassis and Champagne); Bellini (Fresh Peach Nectar topped with Champagne) and Pimm’s Royale (Pimm’s and a good drop of Champagne).
Offering one of the most extensive champagne lists in Hong Kong, there are over 40 selections of champagne by the bottle and over ten selections by the glass.
For a little indulgence, caviar and canapés are offered on the menu as well. Highlights are Homemade Smoked Salmon Roulade with Dill Crème Fraiche; Wok-Fried Beef Tenderloin Cubes with Cashew Nuts and Chilli; and Foie Gras Terrine with Shallot Jam and Crostini.
