ABALONE MENU AT ONE HARBOUR ROAD
Executive Chinese Chef Li Shu Tim introduces an array of abalone dishes on the menu at One Harbour Road in May.
Featuring abalone from different parts of the world, the special menu combines dishes prepared in several ways including, but not limited to, wok-frying, steaming, braising and pan-frying, bringing diners a multi-sensory gastronomic experience.
Highlight dishes are Wok-fried Fresh Abalone with Organic Cabbage in Preserved Mushroom Sauce; Marinated Sliced South Africa Abalone on Ice Served with Chilli Soya Sauce; Stewed Abalone with Beancurd and Preserved Chilli Vegetable in Clay Bowl.
The abalone promotion menu is available for lunch and dinner from 3 May to 14 June.
