Focusing on offering authentic Italian cuisine, Chef Alessandro Cozzolino from Grissini has created three incredible Ravioli dishes inspired by the Italian tricoloured flag. Highlights include green ravioli filled with caprese tomato mozzarella in basil pesto, egg yolk ravioli filled with pecorino and pancetta in carbonara sauce, and tomato ravioli filled with prawn tartare in arrabbiata sauce.

Available from now until August 2018.
